Based in Fort Worth, TX, 4 Stories Commercial Roofing is committed to serving the greater Dallas-Fort Worth and North Texas area and beyond, serving clients located in Tarrant County, Dallas County, Denton County, Parker County, Palo Pinto County, Kaufman County, Ellis County, and more. 4 Stories is devoted to expanding our outreach, traveling to locations as far as Austin, Houston, and Oklahoma to meet your needs.
Scott Dove
Scott’s experience in commercial roofing & construction includes holding various roles: project manager, estimator, business development manager, V.P. of Commercial accounts and co-owner/partner of a local commercial roofing & construction business. Scott began his commercial construction career working in a family-owned business learning every aspect of project management, scheduling, materials management & general management.
Scott also spent time working for two Fortune 500 companies, W.W. Grainger located in Fort Worth, TX & MSC Industrial located in Grand Prairie, TX. His roles included operations branch manager, district sales manager, and national account business development manager.
After his stint in Corporate America, Scott was recruited to be a partner at 4 Stories, where he is back to what he knows and loves.
Collin Lasater
Collin Lasater has built his career in the construction, development, tenant representation and sales/leasing of retail properties throughout the United States. Collin began his career with The Woodmont Company, a Fort Worth-based real estate development, management and brokerage firm. While at Woodmont, Collin was an integral part of the development team focusing on the leasing and sale of numerous shopping center projects with a specific focus on grocery anchored properties and pad site development.
After working with Woodmont for ten years, Collin formed Gambit Realty based in Frisco, TX, to act as the leasing arm for Margaux Development. Collin’s relationships with national credit retailers including Kroger, Albertson’s, Aldi, Academy and several others secured numerous development projects throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In 2009, Collin transitioned his focus to tenant representation and pad site development, specializing in the site location for numerous retailers including Quiktrip, McDonald’s and Whataburger.
Brad Cruickshank
Brad Cruickshank has many years of experience in the acquisition, disposition and financing of single tenant investment properties. As a Senior Vice President of the Fort Worth-based real estate development The Woodmont Company for ten years, Brad led the firm’s Investment Sales division focusing on the sourcing and disposition of single tenant retail properties throughout the United States.
Prior to this, Brad worked as a financial analyst with Invesco Realty Advisors; a Dallas-based pension fund advisor, where he was responsible for the creation of complex financial models and partnership structures of institutional real estate investments. Brad graduated from the University of North Texas with an MBA in finance and real estate analysis.
David Drake
David is a real estate professional and co-founder of CBD Realty Partners, LLC based in Fort Worth, TX. He also has over 20 years of experience in the development of single-tenant retail properties, including 8 years with McDonald’s Corporation. During his time at McDonald’s and CBD, he and his team oversaw the construction of over 150 new restaurants, rebuilds and relocations. This provides him a unique perspective on the importance of selecting the right roofing company for your development.
David is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned his degree in Environmental Resource Management.
